Because the honest number depends on your store: camera count, whether your existing cameras need any configuration work, and installer involvement. We quote a flat monthly figure after a ten-minute conversation, and it stays flat: no per-alert or per-user charges.
Everything: all detection types, the staff app for unlimited phones, the video wall, remote live view, after-hours intrusion mode, evidence tools, ban-list network access (subject to vetting), weekly reports, support and continuous model improvements.
The box is supplied as part of your setup, pre-configured. It uses commodity PC hardware; if it ever fails, replacement is a swap, not a rebuild, because footage also lives on your NVR and settings live in the cloud.
